The new IrriPro 4.5.0 has been published with new and important features. Below are the new features and improvements compared to version 4.0.
Many advancements have been introduced taking your requests into consideration.
Please remember that the executable version can be downloaded in the download area, which once activated will use any license purchased.
Upgrading to the new version will occur automatically from previous versions for versions with an active license. By opening the software, a warning window will be shown and the availability of the update will be indicated. In case of problems do not hesitate to contact us.
Pump
Possibility of identifying the pump or lifting system necessary for the system. Once the system has been defined, IrriPro allows you to know all the data to identify the most suitable pump within a catalogue.

IrriPro is also capable of considering:
- how a pump and a system work together with maximum precision
- verify that both are in the most efficient operating conditions or in any case within permissible conditions
- possibility of evaluating an existing pump and what improvements would be achieved by replacing it with another
- possibility of modifying parts of the irrigation system and evaluating whether a pump continues to be adequate or needs to be replaced
A pump may be adequate for part of the system but not for all. With IrriPro we can know if and where a new pump needs to be inserted to supply the rest of the system with sufficient pressure
Operation graph
New chart that shows how the irrigation system and pump work together. Precise calculation of the duty point (pressure and flow rate values) given by the intersection between the system curve (for single or all shifts) and the pump curve.

Thanks to the new hydraulic calculation dedicated to the operating point, it is possible to verify the quality of the pump choice in operating conditions, for example simulating in sequence which shifts to open and which to close, analyzing the quality of the irrigation at each shift.
Possibility for pump manufacturers to insert their catalog into the IrriPro database: the choice of pump is one of the most frequent requests asked by our customers.
More layers
New layer management for multiple images and imported CAD files. Now in IrriPro it is possible to move, rotate, scale and modify the transparencies of each individual layer. Directly in the work area the user can superimpose, move and scale multiple images and CAD drawings (both vector and raster files).

For example, it is possible to use the overlay of satellite images, cadastral plans and CAD drawings for the design of the irrigation system. It is also possible to decide which layers to export (as PDF or DXF files) by activating or deactivating the desired layer.
Alignment/fill
The automatic design of the network has been updated (for sprinklers/pop-ups/mini-sprinklers) which allows improving the alignment between the elements placed between neighboring sectors, increasing the filling of the elements within each sector and avoiding overlap between the devices.
Database
The IrriPro database has been updated with the introduction of the new brands Irritrol and Weltplast, and the updating of other manufacturers (Toro)
Tongue
New Romanian language introduced.
Sizing
New pipe sizing function. In a dedicated window it is possible, depending on the current hydraulic conditions calculated by the hydraulic simulation, to automatically obtain the diameter values for each category of pipeline or for the selected section.

From the calculated values you can then choose the model and brand of pipe by consulting the database. This function also makes telescopic creation possible with the possibility of indicating up to 5 different diameters.
Pre-sizing
Thanks to a sophisticated pre-sizing algorithm, the software automatically determines the diameter values during the design of the network without any intervention by the user. This functionality occurs after the Smart Wizard is completed.

The diameters are silently calculated and assigned based on the nominal values of the dispensing devices and the geometric, hydraulic and topographical conditions of the network and before any hydraulic calculation.
Pipe
New (automatic) pre-sizing of the main pipe after closing the wizard. Improved sizing by selection and type of pipeline (with preset speed values).
Selection
New cumulative selection: simply use the SHIFT key to add new elements to the existing selection and ESC (from the menu or keyboard) to exit the selection
PAN with mouse
By clicking on the central mouse button it is possible to use the PAN function without the need to recall the command from the side palettes.
Automatic insertion
The new Smart Wizard now allows you to insert valves, filters and pressure reducers for all sectors and with a single selectable option. These elements may be placed in the secondary pipeline relating to the sector.
Rivulis catalogue
Added approximately 6000 products from the Rivulis catalogue. IrriPro currently contains more than 30,000 items in its database including ducts, regulators, sprinklers, pop-ups, fittings, valves, accessories, special pieces and many other types of products from the most popular brands.
Vyrsa catalogue
Thanks to the continuous collaboration with our partners we continuously update the IrriPro database. The complete Vyrsa catalog has been introduced in this version.
