Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. However, this right expires when the software is activated by the user.
Refund
Once we receive your refund request, we will send you an email to let you know. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund
If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@irriworks.com
