ProgettoDescrizioneVer.

1

Design (proposed as example 1 of the tutorial) of a single sector without cartographic support  in an area of about 0,34 [Ha] (0,84 Acres) supplied by source with a pressure of 1,38 [bar] (20 [PSI]) and makes of approximately 2244 online emitters with QN 4 [l/h]. The system is placed on a surface with a slope of 3% with emitters spacing either of 1.0 [m] (3,28ft) and between rows of 1.5 [m] (4,92ft).3.7xarrow images2.jpg

2

Design (proposed as example 2 of the tutorial) of #6 sectors over an area of about 6,3 [Ha] (15,56 Acres) supplied by source with a fixed discharge of 16 [mc/h] and makes of approximately 3.500 emitters partly irrigated with drip online self-compensating equipment 3.5 [l/h] and partly with sprinklers 350 [l/h]. The plant is arranged on a variable sloping surface with emitters spacing either of 2.0 [m] (6,56ft) and between rows of 5.0 [m] (16,4ft) for drip system and 12 [m] (39,37ft) for sprinkler system.

The digital terrain model is extracted from Google Maps service automatically processing the altitudes (and their contour lines).

Design (proposed as example 3 WITHOUT DISCRETIZATION of the tutorial) of one sector over an area of about 3.6 [Ha] (8,9 Acres) supplied by source with a pressure of 1.3 [bar] (18,85 [PSI]) and makes of approximately 12,000 online emitters of QN 3.2 [l/h]. The system is built on a sloping surface (average slope of 1%) with emitters spacing either of 1,5 [m] (4,9 ft) and rows of 2 [m] (6,5 ft). The terrain model was derived using a cartography with scale of 1:10,000 and contour lines digitized manually.3.7xarrow images2.jpg

4

Design (proposed as example 3 WITH DISCRETIZATION of the tutorial) has the same characteristics and results of the previous project but achieved using the procedure of discretization. Due to discretization you can deal large projects without engaging too much the power of your PC. Suggested for large systems and for PC underperforming..3.7xarrow images2.jpg

5

Design (proposed as example 1 of the tutorial) a freehand drawing (also for gardening) and composed of about 74 sprinklers. The system is built on a flat surface with row and emitter spacing of 9 [m] (29,53ft). The project is a sample for explanation purposes as teaching exercise.

6

Design (proposed as example of the tutorialof a plant maked by 3 sectors placed on different elevations. In the plant are put various elements such as the pump, pressure regulator, filters and fittings. The choice of the fitting is extended to the entire sector #2. The project is a sample for explanation purposes.

1

Design of a single sector in an area of about 0.58 [Ha] supplied by source with a pressure of 1.3 [bar] and makes of approximately 5,700 online emitters with QN 3.2 [l/h]. The system is placed on a flat surface with emitters spacing either of 1.0 [m] and between rows of 1.0 [m].3.5xarrow images2.jpg

2

Design of #3 sectors over an area of about 2.64 [Ha] supplied by source with a pressure of 1.75 [bar] and makes of approximately 9,800 online emitters of QN 2.0 [l/h]. The system is built on a sloping surface (average slope of 0.55%) with emitters spacing either of 1.0 [m] and rows of 2.7 [m]. The terrain model was derived using a cartography with scale of 1:10,000 and contour lines digitized manually.

3

Design of #6 sectors over an area of about 1.5 [Ha] supplied by source with a pressure of 1.0 [atm] and makes of approximately 18,000 online emitters with QN 1.0 [l/h]. The system is built on a flat surface with emitters spacing either of 0.7 [m] and rows of 1.2 [m]. The project may represent a sample of a system to serve a small greenhouse.3.5xarrow images2.jpg

4

Design of #6 sectors over an area of about 5.5 [Ha] supplied by source with a pressure of 0.80 [atm] and makes of approximately 5,500 online emitters of QN 4.0 [l / h]. The plant is arranged on a variable sloping surface with emitters spacing either of 2.0 [m] and between rows of 5.0 [m]. The digital terrain model is extracted from Google Maps service automatically processing the altitudes (and their contour lines).
